It is amazing the amount of lockouts I attend and the resident is surprised when I ask for ID that they reside there. Usually I get a response like ‘I’ve never been asked for that in the past’ which comes as a shock to me as we are hammered about this by our locksmith association. If you don’t get asked for ID you should be asking to see the locksmiths security licence.
